The oil mist collector is constructed from aluminum alloy, and the impeller is also made of aluminum alloy. If metal chips or foreign objects enter, they are quickly thrown away from the rotation center without damaging the housing, making it more durable than conventional sheet-metal products.

The oil mist collector uses high static pressure to efficiently and quickly recover oil mist from enclosed spaces.

The motor of the oil mist collector is vertically mounted, minimizing vibration. The horizontal impeller design, combined with aerodynamic principles, eliminates upward vibration forces, ensuring the host machine’s machining accuracy remains unaffected.

High Filtration Efficiency – Quick Disposable Filter Replacement, Easy Maintenance
The oil mist collector uses a two-stage filtration design:

First Stage: Pre-filter captures most cutting dust, metal chips, and oil mist.

Second Stage: Secondary filter removes remaining mist. Oil adhering to the inner wall further improves filtration efficiency.
The recovered cutting oil returns to the machine’s oil tank through the return port for recycling.
When operators open the machine door to load/unload workpieces, they avoid inhaling sticky, smelly, and toxic oil mist. The economical disposable filter can be replaced in 10 seconds, restoring original airflow performance, meeting the need for quick and simple maintenance.
